Lexington pharmacy broken into for the second time in eight days

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - For the second time in just eight days, a thief has smashed their way into a Lexington pharmacy to steal prescription pills.

Lexington police said someone used a rock to break a glass window at C&C Pharmacy on Mapleleaf Drive off Man O'War Boulevard, around 2 a.m. Tuesday.

Once inside the pharmacy, the thief stole some prescription pills.

On Monday of last week, police said the same thing happened at the pharmacy, also around 2 in the morning. However, police are not yet sure if the two crimes are connected.
