LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington Police have arrested a man wanted for stalking and terrorizing a Pike County woman.

Lexington Police say they arrested 56-year-old Harry Martin Chapman on Saturday. Chapman is being charged with stalking and persistent felon.

A Pike County grand jury indicted Chapman on stalking charges. He's already served time in prison for stalking this victim. Police say after Chapman was released, he went back to stalking again.

Lexington police say Chapman will eventually be transferred back to Pike County but for now he is in the Fayette County Detention Center.

If convicted, Chapman could spend up to 20 years in prison.
