Lexington police to update case of murdered Marine

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington police are planning to hold a news conference to provide new details in the murder investigation of Jonathan Price.

Police say the former Marine and his wife, Megan, were shot June 21 during a robbery outside Austin City Saloon. Megan was shot in the leg and survived. They say the couple was leaving the bar when they were approached by two suspects.

No arrests have been made in the case. The only description of the shooting suspects police have provided is that one of the men was a black male wearing a white t-shirt with shoulder-length dreadlocks. Police have not released a description of the second suspect.

Friday's news conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. WKYT will have a full report on the updated information that is provided on WKYT at Noon.
