Lexington ranks 24th in the country for bed bugs

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Pest control company Orkin has released its list of the worst cities in the country for bed bugs.

Some cities in the region made the list. Cincinnati was first last year, but fell to fifth this year, and was replaced at the top by Chicago.

Lexington ranked 24th on this year's list, down from 22nd last year. Louisville ranked 30th.

Orkin ranked the cities based on the number of bed bug treatments the company performed.
