The temperature in Lexington today soard to 66 degrees and ties a long standing record high. This day in 1890 also featured a high of 66 degrees.
Highs Saturday will threaten records, again. Highs in the upper 60s to near 70 will be common. The record for Lexington is 71 degrees.
A massive temp drop is on the way Sunday. We will start in the 60s and fall into the 30s by evening as a strong cold front blasts through here.
