Louisville, Syracuse favored in Final Four

Louisville, Wichita State, Syracuse and Michigan play in the Final Four in Atlanta's Georgia Dome Saturday night. The Cardinals are a 10 point favorite to beat Wichita State. Syracuse is a two point favorite over Michigan. The NCAA Championship will be decided Monday.

Louisville will be shorthanded against Wichita State, playing without Kevin Ware. Ware suffered a fractured tibia in the Midwest Region Final against Duke. He is in Atlanta to provide inspiration. The Cardinals have won 14 straight since a five overtmie loss at Notre Dame in February.

Wichita State goes into the game on a roll with tournament wins over Pittsburgh, Gonzaga, LaSalle and Ohio State. The Shockers have made big shots to get to where they are, they'll have to keep making them to pull an upset. Coach Gregg Marshall's team was effective handling Ohio State's transition game in the regional, that will present another big challenge against Louisville.

Michigan rides the play of 6-0 sophomore guard Trey Burke into the Final Four. The Wolverines will have to contend with the suffocating 2-3 zone of Syracuse. The return of James Southerland has been a key ingredient in the surge of the Orange.

Final Four coverage on WKYT will begin with the FInal Four Show at 4:00 p.m. Louisville-Wichita State will begin at 6:00 p.m. Syracuse-Michigan will follow at about 8:30 p.m.
