On July 25, with the cooperation of the Postal Service, The Frankfort Police Department confiscated a quantity of marijuana that was being sent through the mail.
Two packages, mailed from California, were being delivered to two separate motels in Frankfort, Ky. With the assistance of The Days Inn and the Bluegrass Inn, two subjects were arrested.
Police arrested 24-years-old Cody Van Martin, III of Brentwood, CA. 28-year-old Frank D Couch Jr. of Madisonville, KY is also charged.
A quantity of marijuana and cash were seized.
