Rain and a mix continues to work into eastern Kentucky as temps drop into the 30S. The next round of mix and snow slides in late this evening into tonight from the northwest.
We have been talking about how Thursday will be your driest day in the forecast for the past few days and that thought has not changed. We will become warmer the next couple days with our highs rising to the low to mid 80s.
The best chances of rain come during Friday and Saturday. I'm still leaning toward Saturday being a more spread out rain chance than Friday. Either way these days are not washouts, so if you have any plans just have a plan B instead of cancelling.
Come next week we will be back toward average with our temperatures for this time of year. Mid 80s are expected with some of us moving toward the 90° mark through the week.
