HARRISON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Police say a man is responsible for a violent attack on his estranged girlfriend.
Harold Stevens is charged with unlawful Imprisonment, terroristic threatening, and sexual abuse.
The Harrison County Sheriff says Stevens hit, stabbed and held the woman against her will at the couple's home on Blake Lane in Berry.
Police say the woman called them around 10:30 Thursday night, after Stevens eventually left the home. She told police that he held her hostage after a jealous rage that came from him seeing her talking to a neighbor.
The woman was taken to local hospital with several bruises and a stab wound to the foot, caused by a screwdriver.
