Man airlifted after police say he was hit by drunk driver

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A man was airlifted to the hospital after police say a suspected drunk driver hit him.

27-year-old Michael Kinder was arrested after officers say he crossed the center line on West Kentucky 80, hitting 49-year-old Greg Abbot's Toyota.

Abbot was airlifted to UK for his injuries.

Kinder was charged with DUI, assault, and wanton endangerment.
