Man allegedly attacks tow truck driver

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A man faces charges after police say he attacked a tow truck driver.

Richmond Police say 58-year-old Keith Rowe parked in a no parking area on Main Street.

They say when he returned to the lot and saw his vehicle being towed, he confronted the tow truck driver.

According to police, Rowe jumped into his vehicle, which was partially hooked to the tow truck, and tried to drive off.

The rear end of the vehicle nearly hit the towing employee.

That employee says Rowe repeatedly hit him in the neck before police arrived.

Rowe is charged with wanton endangerment.
