LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Police have arrested a man they say broke into a woman's home, assaulted and raped her.
WKYT has obtained the arrest citation for Michael Kopec, 47.
Court documents show Kopec forced his way into the victim's Mt. Rushmore Way home.
Police say they arrived to find Kopec struggling with the victim.
Kopec is charged with rape and burglary.
