MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WKYT) - Police arrest a man suspected of putting cameras in bathroom stalls all over one community.

Middlesboro police tell us they've been working for six months to catch 49-year-old Randall Rogers.

They say the cameras were placed in several different men's Restrooms and were very hard to spot.

"It was a small box and it looked like an air freshen or an automatic flush sensor," said Lt. Tom Busic.

Police say they recovered footage from some of the cameras, but it's impossible to tell who any of the victims are.

Rogers is charged with several counts of promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance.
