LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A man arrested Tuesday in connection with an armed robbery will appear in court on Wednesday for an arraignment.

Mark Gunnar Lanham, 19, of Lexington was arrested March 4 in connection with an armed robbery that happened back in September of last year.

One of the victims was able to identify Lanham after recognizing him as an old high school classmate.

According to Alexander Bigger, Lanham and an unknown accomplice kicked in Bigger's door, causing a paving stone to hit Bigger in the face. Bigger needed nine stitches to close the cut from the stone.

After kicking down the door, Bigger said Lanham and the accomplice pulled out handguns and ordered him and another victim, Alan Luke, to empty their pockets. Two other witnesses fled as Lanham kicked down the door.

The robbers took $800 and an iPhone 5 from Bigger and $150 from Luke.
