Man charged with DUI after police say he struck trooper's cruiser

A man is in jail after police say he hit an officer's cruiser with his truck.

Early Sunday morning, police say David Walters struck Trooper Anson Tribby's cruiser while on North Maysville Street in Mount Sterling.

No injuries were reported, but Walters was charged with reckless driving, wanton endangerment and DUI.
