Man dies after accident at Hopkinsville plant

HOPINSVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A worker at a southern Kentucky automotive plant has been killed on the job.

The Kentucky New Era (http://bit.ly/14BwzUo ) reported the victim was a man who was pinned under a machine at the Martinrea plant in Hopkinsville on Thursday evening.

A Jennie Stuart Medical Center spokesman said Jason Sholar died after being brought to the hospital's emergency room.

The company makes aluminum automotive components.
