Man dies after hitting guardrail in Morgan County

MORGAN CO. (WKYT) - A central Kentucky man is dead after running off the road and flipping his car Saturday night.

Police say 69-year-old William Rudd, of Wellington, was traveling west on Maytown road in the Maytown community of Morgan county, when he lost control and hit a guardrail. Police say the car overturned several times before coming to rest in a creek.

Rudd was transported to the hospital, where he later died.
