LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A man is dead after a shooting outside a nursing home.
It happened Tuesday afternoon outside the Northpoint Lexington Healthcare Center on Trent Boulevard.
Lexington Police tell WKYT the shooting involved three people. They say it didn't have anything to do with the nursing home except that it involved a woman who works there. We're told the group was meeting to have a discussion. The discussion erupted in gunfire.
The Fayette County Coroner says the victim is a 31-year-old man.
He was pronounced dead at UK hospital at 2:35 p.m.
His name will not be released until his family has been notified.
