LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington police have arrested a man after finding him restrained and tied up with rope in a home, according to an arrest citation.
Police were dispatched to an incident on West Louden just before 2pm on Monday. When officers arrived on the scene they found 34-year-old Steven Johnson restrained with rope.
Witnesses told police that they witnessed Johnson break out a window, and enter the residence. They say when they saw him leave the residence they confronted him and were able to restrain him before calling police.
Johnson was taken to UK Hospital and treated for a broken rib. He is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center. His charges include Burglary and Criminal Mischief.
