Man indicted in string of burglaries

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A grand jury says there's enough evidence against a man charged in multiple burglaries to send the case to trial.

A Fayette County grand jury indicted Mark Banks on a long list of charges, including burglary, theft and criminal mischief.

In addition to stealing vehicle, police say Banks is behind break-ins at two Subways and a Dunkin Donuts in Lexington.
