MORGAN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A business owner hopes people will help him rebuild a theater destroyed in the march tornado outbreak.
Chris Ball owned Ttowne Cinema in West Liberty, but not the building that housed it.
He didn't have insurance either, so now he's asking for donations to bring back a business he says the community needs.
"We got to have something. We want to provide a place for our kids to have something to do in the evenings because right now there's absolutely nothing, nothing in West Liberty. Nothing for the youth to do."
Ball says he has talked to Sony and Gold Medal to get discounts on concession and movie equipment, but rebuilding could still cost nearly a million dollars.
