The slick roads may have caused a crash this morning that killed a man.
The Powell County Sheriff's Office says a man lost control of his car on Hardwick's Creek Road, near Clay City. The car hit a tree.
A man in the car died. A woman in the car was hurt, but there's no word on her condition. Authorities have not released their names.
