A man faces several charges after police say he impersonated a police officer to steal a gun.

The Laurel County Sheriff says Steven Price, 32, bought handcuffs, a police officer identification pin, and other police related items from a flea market.

Investigators say Price then used those items to identify himself as a police officer, and take a gun from a business owner.

Police later arrested Price. He's charged with impersonating a peace officer, theft, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
