A band of heavy rain continues to sink southward into the region. We will have to keep a close eye on this later this evening into tonight. The rest of the forecast remains unchanged with a major winter storm moving in late Wednesday and Thursday.
Our Memorial Day Weekend is off and running on a gorgeous weather note. This looks to continue through much of the weekend before things start to turn a little stormy.
Lows tonight will drop into the upper 40s and low 50s under a clear sky. Watch for some late night fog. Saturday looks like another great day with temps in the mid to upper 70s with mostly sunny skies.
Sunday will find warmer air moving in with temps in the low 80s for highs. Humidity levels will begin to rise during this time and a few storms won't be too far behind.
It looks like a few of those boomers may arrive by Memorial Day with highs in the middle 80s for many areas. That warm and muggy trend with a daily threat for storms looks to carry us through most of next week.
