Severe thunderstorms have developed across parts of Central Kentucky. Expect more of these to develop through the evening hours.
Most of the shower activity is during the morning hours for this Friday. An isolated chance will be with us through the day, but most do stay dry. The best part about today will the temperatures, which will settle in the 50s this afternoon!
Heading into the weekend we will see part of it to be wet and the other part dry. Saturday continues to be the time period to have widespread showers. The best timing looks to be before noon with only isolated chances during the afternoon. Around .25"-.5" can be expected for most. No severe weather expected. Sunday appears to be dry, but cooler with temperatures in the lower 40s.
Come next week we can expect winter to come back in the forecast. That means snow and cold air will be common to hear us talk about.
