LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Lexington mother accused of passing out behind the wheel while sitting at a fast-food drive-thru goes in front of a judge Wednesday morning.

Police arrested 41-year-old Siller Ann Butcher Tuesday night at the Hardees on West New Circle in Lexington.
