More burglaries reported in Bourbon County

PARIS, Ky. (WKYT) - A week ago, two homes were burglarized in the Southern Hills subdivision in Paris. Thursday, three more burglaries were reported. The Bourbon County Sheriff's Office is asking for help to find the people involved.

"They are looking for pieces of jewelry, rings that have been taken off, change, drugs, anything they can find that quick buck," said Detective Jeff Asbury.

The newest burglaries occurred in the Southern Hills and Yorkshire subdivisions. There were also reports of break-ins on Clintonville Road, near the Clark and Bourbon County line.

Asbury say it's possible these homes are being watched. They suggest breaking up your routine to avoid being targeted.

Contact the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office if you notice anything suspicious.
