Very slow moving showers and thunderstorms will move into our area overnight and Sunday. The potential for flooding will be heightened in southern and eastern Kentucky.
Same story, just a different day. Our front still remains to the north of us, which means rain chances stick with us today. Thunderstorms will be common through the afternoon for many of us. The heat won't go away either as our warm, humid days continue.
The front that has been settle around us for quite some time, but things will change on Friday as that front drops south. This will give the chance of rain for south of I-64 before moving out Friday evening.
Once the front clears the area look for much calmer conditions heading into the weekend. Saturday looks great, but warm with highs in the low to mid 80s. Come Sunday a weak disturbance moves close by and throws off a couple thunderstorms.
