Morgan Co. schools dimiss early because of bomb threat

WEST LIBERTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A Kentucky school district dismissed early on Monday because of a bomb threat.

All Morgan County schools dismissed at 1 p.m.

The decision came after WKYT received the emailed threat and passed it along to the West Liberty Police Chief.

Police tell us they have arrested 19-year-old Brittany Fletcher, a student at West Liberty High School.

The chief says in order to air on the side of caution, an explosive sniffing dog will search the school.
