She heard it over and over.
"Are we gonna build her back Olivet?"
Even though the property is owned by someone else, Olivet Gamble and her husband rent out the vendor space the flea market just outside of West Liberty on Highway 460.
"It's a family, that's all you can call it. Every bit of it. Something gets wrong with one, it's wrong with everybody," said Gamble.
And like a caretaker over her family, she checks in on those salvaging what they can.
"You all alright ain't you?" inquired Gamble of a tenant.
"An old woman had this, and she got cancer and she couldn't ever do nothin' with it. She just kept it locked up. She's got a mess now," Gamble observed.
Gamble says around sixty lots were full with vendors, and that some had thousands of dollars of merchandise in them.
She says the owner will be in Friday, to assess the damage himself.
