A band of heavy rain continues to sink southward into the region. We will have to keep a close eye on this later this evening into tonight. The rest of the forecast remains unchanged with a major winter storm moving in late Wednesday and Thursday.
Today will be our best day in the seven day forecast! Only a slight chance of rain during the afternoon, so virtually all of us stay dry. Highs will be in the mid 80s, but less humid outside.
Friday looks to be the hottest day this week with highs approaching 90 degrees. Humidity levels will increase with the small threat for a shower or storm.
The threat for storms will increase this weekend with highs in the upper 80s. The best chance will be on Saturday at 60%. Heading into next week the heat is turned on with highs in the 90s.
