Clouds overhead today, which will give way to a slight chance of showers and a few rumbles of thunder. Most of us will be dry as highs settle in the lower 70s. Moving into the night our front that we have been talking about for days now will move our way. This will bring us numerous showers and a few rumbles of thunder to go along with it through Wednesday. Rain expected with this one will be a decent amount, .25"-1". Expect a few more showers on Thursday as well.
Not only will we be seeing rain with this, but some much colder air is to follow. Highs going from Thursday through the weekend settle in the upper 50s to lower 60s! If that doesn't sound chilly enough, our overnight lows this weekend will be in the 30s. HEADS UP green thumbs! Possible first frost of the fall season.
