Our focus now turns to the potential of record lows this morning. Many areas will finish with thermometers below zero.
Sunshine and some milder temperatures are coming our way during the next few days. As a matter of fact, we don't have a single high at or below freezing this week.
The only action we'll see this week will be a small chance of rain Thursday night and Friday. Folks in Lexington might not even see the first drop of rain. The best chance will be in southern & eastern Kentucky. That same system will arrive while some very mild air is in place. Upper 40s and even some low 50s will creep in during that time period.
Get ready to soar into the 50s by the end of the week and during the first part of the weekend. Just what we need to really get the melting factor up and running.
Have a great one!
