SMITHFIELD, Ky. (WKYT) – Police are investigating after they say a man was murdered during a property dispute.
They say on Saturday, Joseph Bibelhauser was shot in the head on Ballardsville Road in Smithville.
He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
James Fowler was arrested and charged with murder.
He is listed at the Carroll County Regional Detention Center.
