Showers and thunderstorms will continue this evening. A Flash Flood Watch remains active until 8pm for southeastern Kentucky.
Some wild weather for the next several days here in the Bluegrass state. Starting today we will be under a Wind Advisory from this afternoon through Wednesday afternoon where gusts will range from 30-40 mph. The story today will be the temperatures where our highs will be in the mid to upper 60s. A few of us will hit 70 degrees, which will break the record of 69 degrees. We stay dry today, but that will change overnight. A powerhouse cold front swings through the area bringing strong to severe storms tomorrow morning and running into the early afternoon hours. The main threat with these storms will be damaging winds and isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out. Once this system rolls through we could see a few flurries on the back side as the cold air rushes in dropping our temperatures from the 60's during tomorrow morning to the 30s during tomorrow evening.
