Nicholasville hit-and-run suspect pleads not guilty

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) - The driver that police say caused a deadly hit-and-run crash in Jessamine County went before a judge on Monday morning.

Curtis Pack entered a not guilty plea in front of a judge in Nicholasville.

Police say Pack crashed into Linda Wilhoite, 50, last week. Wilhoite died from the injuries she sustained.

Two days after the accident, police spotted Pack's damaged car matching the evidence found at the scene of the crash.

Pack is charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Tampering with Physical Evidence. More charges are possible.

A preliminary hearing is set for November 25th at 2pm.
