OH boy to testify in rape case from different room

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) - A judge has agreed to allow an Ohio boy to testify via closed circuit television in the trial of a man accused of raping him.

Miami County Common Pleas Judge Christopher Gee ruled Friday that the boy can testify against 30-year-old Jason Zwick from another room.

The Dayton Daily News reports that Gee's decision came after lengthy testimony from the boy's psychologist, who says that testifying in a packed courtroom would be too traumatizing for the boy.

The boy is one of three adopted sons of a western Ohio man who has pleaded guilty to raping the boys.

Zwick is accused of raping the boy after responding to a Craigslist ad by the adoptive father.

Zwick has pleaded not guilty to three charges of raping a minor under 13.
