Officer involved in shooting

HARDIN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Police are investigating after an officer was involved in a shooting overnight.

It happened on South Wilson Road after police responded to a burglary at a home.

When police arrived, they say 25-year-old Joshua Blough showed a weapon, and turned towards the trooper.

That's when police say the trooper shot Blough in the neck.

He was taken to the University of Louisville hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
