DANVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) - With everyone that was in Danville for the Vice Presidential Debate Thursday night, police tell WKYT they only made one arrest.

Rives Miller Grogan is charged with disorderly conduct.

Police say he was the man seen up in a tree on Centre College's campus.

WKYT has learned Grogan is also the same man arrested earlier this week for running across the field during the Reds/Giants game.

Danville police also arrested Frankie Cruz at the Debate Festival.

Both men are from California.
