The change to complete snow continues to work southward across Kentucky. Snow rates will come in around 1" to 2" per hour. Those rates could be even higher under some of the more intense bands.
COAL RUN, Ky. (WYMT/WKYT) - A deadly crash in Pike County has killed one person, and shut down a busy highway for quite some time.
Pike County dispatchers say traffic is now moving smoothly on US 23 in Coal Run.
Kentucky State Police tell us Eugene Taylor was going north; when his vehicle approached, he hit a motorcycle driven by Darrell Coleman.
We're told Coleman's passenger, Rebecca Coleman, was thrown from the motorcycle.
Taylor's pickup then struck another car, driven by Priscilla Bryant.
Rebecca Coleman was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash is under investigation.

Pike County dispatchers say after the accident, traffic was being let through, but moving slowly on US 23 in Coal Run. As of 10:30 Sunday evening the road was back open completely.
Little information is being released, but we are told at least one person is dead.
Officials say it involved a motorcycle. Kentucky State Police is investigating.
