LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A man wanted in a deadly shooting outside a Lexington strip club last weekend is now in custody.
Police say they have not received any tips in connection with a homicide at Divas Gentlemans Club Sunday morning.
Police tell us Joshua Tevis turned himself in on Wednesday morning.
Shortly after 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning police say they got a call for a fight that broke out in the parking lot of Divas Gentlemens Club on Russell Cave Road. Police say witnesses said two people started shooting at each other during the fight.
When police arrived they found at least 30 shots had been fired, hitting seven cars and one man, 22-year-old Johntel Crocker who died from his injuries.
Police say it's unclear at this time whether Crocker was involved in the shooting or if he was a bystander.
Tevis is being booked into the Fayette County Detention Center on a Murder Charge. He should be arraigned on the charge Thurday afternoon in Fayette District Court.
