LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A young man has died after a shooting inside a Lexington apartment.

The Fayette County Coroner has confirmed the victim was Jaleel Raglin, 16.

WKYT was on the scene moments after the shooting Tuesday night inside an apartment on Winburn Drive.

Lexington police say Raglin was shot at least once in the head. He was taken to UK Hospital were he was pronounced dead.

Investigators did take two people in for questioning and have arrested one person, 20-year-old Malik Johnson.

"These kids can get a gun easier than they can get food," explains Kenneth Davis, a resident of the Matador Apartments. "That was the first thing I thought when i saw all the lights, 'I hope there isn't a kid involved in this." That's all that seems to be happening today, kids and guns!"

At one time, police were looking for another person of interest but we're told that Malik Johnson is the only suspect.

Johnson pleaded not guilty during a hearing on Wednesday afternoon.
