One northbound lane of I-75 closed after wreck

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A major traffic impact after a semi overturns on Interstate 75.

It happened around 6:30 Thursday morning near the 106 mile marker.

The driver of the semi told police he swerved to miss a car that cut him off, causing the semi to overturn.
The driver tells WKYT he was shipping carpets from Georgia to Wisconsin.

The right northbound lane of I-75 is expected to be closed until about 10:00 Thursday morning.

No injuries were reported.
