Two people are being treated after an overnight stabbing.
It happened early Thursday morning on Stacy Lane in Irvine. Estill County EMS tells WKTYT one person was air lifted to UK, the other was taken to a local hospital.
At this time, no charges have been filed. The sheriff's department continues to investigate.
