One person is dead and two others injured after a head-on crash.
It happened Sunday on the Dixie Highway in Boone County.
The Kentucky Post reports Samuel Prather, 18, crashed his car into a Nissan driven by James Donaldson, 30. A passenger in Donaldson's car, a 60-year-old woman from Covington, died at the scene. Her name has not been released.
Both drivers suffered non-life threatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
