Police: Alcohol a factor in overnight crash

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - One person was injured in an overnight crash.

It happened around 1:00 Wednesday morning on Cephas Way, that's near Man O'War and Boston Road.

Lexington police say the driver was drunk when he crashed into a parked car. The 18-year-old was taken to UK Hospital to be checked out. His name has not been released.

For a short time, police were combing the area. They say a passenger in the car took off after the crash.
