Police: Woman jumps from apartment to escape attacker

Police are searching for a suspect in an attack that forced a woman to jump from a second-story apartment.

It happened early Monday morning on Oxford Circle, off Versailles Road.

Lexington police say three young children were inside the apartment during the attack. They were not injured.

The woman was taken to UK hospital with unknown injuries.
