CARTER COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -- Police are investigating a crash that killed a Carter County teenager Saturday.
Kentucky State Police say the crash happened on Kentucky state route 14-44 in Carter County.
We're told the victim, Lewis Frankell, 17, of grayson, was driving eastbound when he lost control, traveling over an embankment, and struck a tree.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
