Police say man charged with stealing weed eaters

SOMERSET, Ky. (WKYT) - In Somerset, a woman helped police track down a man police say broke into her garage and stole weed eaters.

Police say last night, the woman got a call from her neighbor who witnessed the burglary, on Bourne Avenue.

We're told the woman and her neighbor then drove around looking for the man, and found him nearby trying to sell the weed eaters.

Police arrested the suspect, 49-year-old David Starks, and charged him with burglary and receiving stolen property.
