Police search for suspects in Pulaski County home invasion

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Investigators in Pulaski county are asking for the public's help to track down three people behind a home invasion.

The crime happened just after 9:00 a.m. Monday morning, on Glad Fork Rd. north of Somerset. The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office says three people forced their way into a home, carrying a bat and a knife.

One man inside the home tried to use a gun to scare off the robbers, but police say they overpowered him and took the gun away.

The robbers got away with money, jewelry and guns from the home. Police say a neighbor fired a shot at the robbers as they got away.

Police say the victims were able to identify one of the suspects as 36-year-old Gregory Scott. The other two have not been identified.

Pulaski County jail officials say Scott later turned himself in. He's charged with burglary and robbery.
